Abstract:
To provide an assembly device of a taper roller bearing which can attach an inner ring to various types of retainers having different diameters while inhibiting falling of rollers without using various types of jigs and tools.SOLUTION: The invention relates to an assembly device (10) of a taper roller bearing including: an inner ring (7); an outer ring (71); multiple rollers (6) which are provided so as to be rotatable between the inner ring (7) and the outer ring (71); and a retainer (5) which retains the multiple rollers (6). The assembly device (10) includes a support member (3) disposed at the inner side of the retainer (5). The support member (3) supports lower parts of the rollers (6) and expands and contracts in a radial direction of the retainer (5).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
