PURPOSE: To easily revise a tanker as a high temperature molten material transport vessel by providing heaters connected via a plurality of heating fluid passages provided between the headers provided at the bottom and upper and lower ends of an independent tank loaded on a hold.

CONSTITUTION: Large independent tank 3 for containing high temperature article is carried in a hold 2 of a high temperture molten article transport vessel 1 and supported by bottom support base 6 and side support bases 7 provided between the double bottom 5 and side outboards and tank peripheral wall 4 for lords. A heater 8 is provided at the bottom in the tank 3. The body 9 of the heater 8 is formed in cylindrical shape with hraders 10, 11 at the upper and lower ends and a plurality of trunk heating fluid passages 12 connected between the headers 10, 11. Thus, the article in the tank 3 can be molten by the convection of heat circulated through the passages 12 via the headers 10, 11 and easily revised from a tanker to this type.
