Abstract:
To provide a system and a method for performing an electrosurgical procedure using an imaging compatible electrosurgical system.
The system for performing an electrosurgical procedure includes an energy supply source configured to supply energy to tissue, and an imaging device adapted to image tissue and configured to generate an imaging signal. The imaging device is configured to continuously receive, as input, the imaging signal. In the system, the energy supplied from the energy supply source to the tissue is modified based on the imaging signal.
