Abstract:
PURPOSE: To ensure a sure operation while enabling safely refuge without needing any skill and physical strength by keeping the unwinding speed of a suspension body at a predetermined value with a resisting machine for generating liquid resistance through a pumping movement.
CONSTITUTION: A resisting machine 2 for generating liquid resistance through a pumping movement is provided. A drum 12 is connected integrally with a rotary shaft 6 of the resisting machine. A elongated heat resting property suspension body 13 is trained over the drum and a connector 14 is attached on a case of the resisting machine.
