To simplify the structure of a support for supporting the set position of a selector lever 16 of a selector valve 12 where the selector lever 16 secured to a valve shaft 14 is axially rotatably provided in order to change the operating pattern of a hydraulic shovel.
The support has a pin shaft 17 passed through a through hole 16c bored through the selector lever 16, and a grip 19 secured to the tip of the pin shaft. A spring 18 that elastically compresses the pin shaft 17 is supported at one end against the stepped-level part of a large-diameter end portion 17a that fits into a recessed hole 14a in a cover 15. At the other end of the spring 18 one half 16d of the through hole is increased in diameter and thus supported against the stepped-level part.
