Abstract:
To obviate the necessity of a zinc fume removal step by supporting a lashing nut (attachment nut) with a support bracket through non-welding support which does not generate zinc fume, so as to attain a cost reduction, and provide a support structure with a simple constitution.SOLUTION: A support structure 10 of a lashing nut is constituted such that a lashing nut 12 to be attached by screwing a lashing hook member 20 to a screw part 38, 40 formed in a cylindrical internal cylinder is supported on a support bracket 32 and attached to a body member (base member 34) of a vehicle such as an automobile. In this constitution, a concave groove 50 to which an edge of the support bracket 32 is fitted is formed in an external cylinder 48 of the lashing nut 12. Further, the support bracket 32 is formed to be divisible, and fitted into the concave groove 50 in a non-welding support condition so as to interpose the lashing nut 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
