To provide a suction type stationary stand capable of suction-holing a car navigation system, a cellular phone, or the like reliably and stably, with simple configuration.
A suction type stationary stand includes: a pad having a lower surface to be adhered to a mounted surface of a mobile device; a central member whose one end is fixed to a central part of an upper surface of the pad while being erected; a housing which includes a hole through which the central member is inserted, and holds an outer circumferential part of the pad; a stopper member to which another end of the central member inserted through the hole is coupled; and an energizing member which energizes the housing and the stopper member in such a direction as to separate them, thereby deforming the pad into a recessed shape. The stand is configured in such a manner that, when the lower surface of the pad deformed into the recessed shape is pressed onto the mounted surface of the mobile device and the lower surface is deformed so as to be adhered with the mounted surface, a gap between the mounted surface and the lower surface of the pad is brought into vacuum state, thereby sucking and holding the mobile device.
