Abstract:
To provide a suction fixing member which can fix even a member, having a small fixing area, securely and separate the member easily, and to provide a manufacturing method of a suction fixing structure.SOLUTION: A suction fixing member (1) has: a soft resin member (20) disposed on a first member (16); and a peripheral wall (22) which has a cylindrical shape and is formed of a hard resin having an elastic modulus larger than that of the soft resin (20). A first end (22A) of the peripheral wall (22) is fixed to the soft resin member (20) and a second member (12) is disposed at the side of a second end part (22B) opposite to the first end (22A). A photo-curable resin (26) which is cured by light radiation is enclosed in a sealing space (30) within the cylindrical shape. A volumetric change, which is caused by curing the photo-curable resin (26) disposed between the soft resin member (20) and the second member (12), generates a negative pressure between the soft resin member (20) and the first member (16) to suction and fix the first member (16) and the second member (12) to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3A
