To change over one vacuum sucker for suction carriage of a work between a vacuum condition and a vacuum broken condition by using one solenoid valve.

A solenoid valve body 10 has a main valve stem 16 for changing over output ports 19a, 19b between a position communicating with a vacuum port and a position communicating with a vacuum breakage port. The solenoid valve body 10 has a flow control block 40 mounted thereon with connection ports 51a, 51b. The flow control block 40 has hollow holes 43a, 43b as main flow paths having large flow areas for communication between each of the output ports 19a, 19b and each of the connection ports 51a, 51b and leakage gaps 55a, 55b as small bypassing flow paths. When the work has no contact with a vacuum pad connected to the connection ports 51a, 51b, the hollow holes 43a, 43b are closed and the leakage gaps 55a, 55b are only opened, and when the work has contact therewith, the hollow holes 43a, 43b are opened.
