To provide a structure capable of mounting and demounting a discharging valve for foodstuffs by one-touch operation.

The structure is characterized by being provided with a mounting surface portion 11 circumferentially located around a bottom outlet 9 of a heat-cooking pot 1 and arranged for sealingly mounting a side of a cylinder valve 15, a mating surface portion 29 circumferentially located around a connecting port 27 of the cylinder valve 15 and arranged for being sealingly struck against the mounting surface portion 11, an engagement portion 35 located at periphery of the mating surface portion 29 and arranged for receiving the mounting force to be struck against the mounting surface portion 11 through the mating surface portion 29, a fastening ring 39 supported by the side of the heat-cooking pot 1 and capable of accommodating the connecting port 27 of the cylinder valve 15, the mating surface portion 29, and the engagement portion 35 and capable of having the mating surface portion 29 oppose to the mounting surface portion 11 as well as capable of applying the mounting force to the engagement portion 35, and a rotational operating portion 55 supported by either of the heat- cooking pot 1 and the cylinder valve 15 and arranged for applying the mounting force due to cam action caused by the rotational operating.
