Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the occurrence of problems with the strength of a multipolar magnet, or the stability of size and the sliding of a valve body, by constituting the multipolar magnet of the plastic magnet in which magnetic powders is kneaded, and by forming the valve body integrally with the multipolar magnet through multiple molding. SOLUTION: A multipolar magnet 71 is constituted of a plastic magnet, and a main valve body 3 is formed integrally with the multipolar magnet 71 through multiple molding, so that the multipolar magnet 71 and the main valve body 3 can be constituted of heterogeneous ingredients. Thereby, the material selection of the main valve body 3 becomes wide, and a resin ingredient which is excellent in moldability, sliding properties, and fluid resistance can be used. Further, the flatness of the main valve seat plate 5 and the sliding sealed surface can be set at high accuracy. Moreover, since the multipolar magnet 71 is hard to cause defect and can obtain sufficient strength while being lightweight, the lightness in weight of a rotary passage switch valve and the improvement in the performance accompanied by the improvement of the rotation efficiency of the main valve body 3 can be promoted.
