Abstract:

PURPOSE: To realize the inner pipe support which can prevent the generation of vibration of an inner pipe due to the pulsation flow supplied from a compressor, as for a double pipe type heat exchanger or reactor of a high pressure polyethylene plant.
CONSTITUTION: A band 3 made of the material rich in erosionproofness is wound on the outer periphery of an inner pipe 1, and under the inner pipe 1, an underside support 7 is fixed on an outer pipe 2 through welding, and over the inner pipe 1, a boss 5 having a female screw structure is welded, and an upper side support 6 having a male screw structure is screwed, and the inner pipe 1 is supported by a proper force. At this time, each diameter (d) of the round rods 6 and 7 for supporting the inner pipe at the top part of the bend is set twice the gap (a) between the inner and outer pipes.
