Title:
STRESS CORROSION CRACKING RELIEVING METHOD OF NUCLEAR POWER PLANT IN-PILE STRUCTURE AND NUCLEAR POWER PLANT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2002323595
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a stress corrosion cracking relieving method of a nuclear power plant in-pile structure and a nuclear power plant for reducing a using quantity of a platinum group element required for improving a hydrogen injection effect, facilitating the processing work, and reducing emission of radioactivity from an oxide film by reduction in ECP.

In the stress corrosion cracking relieving method of the nuclear power plant in-pile structure and the nuclear power plant, metallic oxide having a property of diffusing hydrogen adsorbed to a platinum group element compound along a surface is stuck on a surface of the in-pile structure, the platinum group element compound is formed on a surface of the metallic oxide and at least one of the inside, and chemicals for forming the metallic oxide and the platinum group element compound are injected into a recirculating system of a nuclear reactor.
