PURPOSE: To gradually change the angle of a ladle against a pan to be sharper so as to improve stirring efficiency, by equipping an auxiliary crack shaft synchronously rotating with a main crack shaft, pivoting a holding system to hold a ladle in the end of a main stirring rod while enabling the system to bend up and down freely, and equipping an auxiliary rod to connected the holding system with the auxiliary crank shaft.
CONSTITUTION: By synchronously rotating main and auxiliary crack shaft 16, 17 and a main and an auxiliary rods 15, 54, a holding system 18 is enabled to bend up and down freely so as to change the angle of a ladle 19 supported by the holding system 18 against a pan 12 to become sharper like β' from βand improve the efficiency of stirring contents to coat beans with sugar and give bean-sweets. At the time, by effects of a guiding roller 41 as well as a guiding groove, an auxiliary bracket 32 of the holding system 18 is revolved round a connecting shaft and the ladle 19 equipped on the auxiliary bracket 32 is reversed.
