Abstract:
To provide a steering shaft configured so that slide resistance between a tooth part of an inner shaft and a tooth part of an outer shaft can be reduced further.SOLUTION: A steering shaft comprises: an inner shaft that has a first tooth on an outer peripheral surface and extends in an axial direction along a central shaft; an outer shaft that has a second tooth part on an inner peripheral surface and is arranged at an outer periphery side of the first tooth part; a resin layer arranged between the first tooth part and the second tooth part; and an annular hole cover provided at an outer periphery side of the outer shaft. The hole cover comprises a plurality of bellows arranged across a hollow part and is arranged to overlap with the resin layer when viewed from a radial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
