Abstract:
To provide a steam piping system that reduces material cost for piping and thermal insulation material and effectively utilizes energy (latent heat) used for heating.SOLUTION: A steam piping system (10) includes: a steam piping main pipe; at least one steam piping branch pipe branching from the steam piping main pipe and reaching a steam use apparatus; a pressure reducing valve (12) disposed in the steam piping main pipe on an upstream side of the steam piping branch pipe; a solenoid valve (14) disposed in the steam piping main pipe on an upstream side of the pressure reducing valve; and a controller (16) for controlling the solenoid valve to operate so as to hold a rise in internal temperature of a steam use apparatus tank at a specified value or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
