Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a steam generation speed from being delayed and control accuracy of steam temperature from being lowered owing to the reduction of heat transfer characteristics.
SOLUTION: A steam generating boiler 11 comprises steam temperature detection means 19, control means 20, and alarming means. The control means 20 receives a signal from the steam temperature detection means 19 to calculate the amount of deposition of a vapor residue in the boiler from the amount of a change in the detection signal. Based upon the calculated value the boiler is controlled and the amount of the deposition is alarmed to the outside. Thus, there are ensured proper maintenance processings such as removal of deposit in the steam generating boiler and exchange of a heating part to prevent performance of the boiler from being deteriorated and abnormal heating from being caused.
