Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drive a staple on a driving object without buckling by a staple cross driving type staple driving machine.
SOLUTION: A U shaped staple 51 consisting of one top part 55 and two leg parts 57 trailing from both end parts of the top part is used. A nose part 15 on which a driving passage 22 through which the staple passes is furnished, and both of the leg parts of the staple driven from the driving passage by a blade for staple driving are driven on a driving object so as to cross with each other. A leg part forming part 33 to curve both of the leg parts of the staple is provided on an outlet part of the driving passage of the nose part, and the leg part forming part 33 froms a leg part regulating passage 34 curved to curve each of leg part head end parts inside after curving it outside from an end part of the staple top part between inwalls 31 of the driving passage. Additionally, the leg part forming part 33 curves the leg part regulating passages 34 so that each of the staple leg part head ends at the time when they are driven out from the nose part and hit the driving object is positioned slightly outside of the end part of the staple top part.
