Control passages for controlling the discharge of fluid in liquid chambers are formed between one of a pair of inlet ports of a spool-shaped selector valve and one of liquid chambers and between the other inlet port and the other liquid chamber, and the control passage is communicated or shut off according to the sliding position of the spool.
