Abstract:
To provide a soft polypropylene melt-spun nonwoven fabric exhibiting good tactile softness and elasticity.
A mixture of fatty acid amides is mixed in a polypropylene fiber in the nonwoven fabric subjected to thermal bonding and melt extrusion to impart the softness to the fabric. The mixture comprises a comparatively large amount of stearamide and comparatively small amount of ercamide.
