Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide a small type stepless speed change gear unit having less slip operation, etc., by providing a plurality of roller clutches and an eccentric plate in combination. CONSTITUTION:Three clutche plates 8 in series are arranged on an output shaft 2, and therefore, the output shaft may be rotated in association with the rotation of a roller clutch 12. The rotation of the drive shaft 1 is transmitted to an arm 4 through a coupling shaft 3 to move a roller bearing 10 up and down while the motion of the bearing is transmitted to the output shaft through a coupling plate 5. The eccentricity of an eccentric plate 9 is adjusted by actuating a swing lever 16, and a predetermined gear ratio may be obtained due to changes in the orbit of the roller bearing rotating in a groove in the eccentric plate.
