PURPOSE: To make a search for slide films and to access slide films at random by providing slide film detecting means, plural slide moving means having independent driving systems, and plural independent slide film projecting means.

CONSTITUTION: Slide films 4 are moved, frame by frame, by a moving means (motor) 6 under the control of a control circuit which operates with an operation key and a slide case 4 stops when detecting means 9 and 10 detect a slide film 8 to be projected firstly reaching the position of the 1st slider means 6. Then, the slider means 6 which supports the slide film is moved by a driving system (motor) 17 to the positions of slide film projecting means 11W13 as a monitor projection part and its image is projected and monitored on a monitoring screen 2.
