Abstract:
To provide a slide member capable of suppressing friction loss and seizure between a shaft member and a bearing member.SOLUTION: A slide member includes: a shaft member 1 whose shaft diameter D is 0.18 m or more; a bearing member 2; and a lubricant 3 for forming an oil film supplied to a gap between the shaft member 1 and the bearing member 2. Arithmetic average roughness Ra1 of an outer peripheral surface 11 of the shaft member 1 is 0.23 μm or less, and a projection crest part height Rpk1 of the outer peripheral surface 11 of the shaft member 1 is 0.19 μm or less. When a width in an axial direction of an inner peripheral surface 21 of the bearing member 2 is represented as L (m), a width/diameter ratio calculated by L/D is less than one. A parameter Cn calculated by a formula 1 indicating the state of the oil film is a reference value γ(ε1) calculated on the basis of a formula 2 or higher.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
