Abstract:
PURPOSE: To achieve a shield which consists of a lightweight structure, has high strength and is good in boundary members by constituting the shield in such a manner that profile parts have profile sections when viewed in a longitudinal direction and that these profile parts enclose the boundary members to a form like a bow apart distances.
CONSTITUTION: A shredder 1 has a comminuting gap 10 which is delineated of the at least one boundary members 8 and 9 of the comminuting mechanism 4. The gap plane and the longitudinal direction perpendicular to the passage direction of the material to be comminuted are defined by the comminuting gap 10. The at least one profile parts 20 and 21 are fixed to the body 2 of the comminuting mechanism 4 and are arranged approximately in a longitudinal direction and are setted apart a distance from the adjacent outsides 49, 50 of the boundary members 8, 9. The profile parts 20 and 21 have the profile sections 22 and 23 when viewed in the longitudinal direction and are so constituted as to enclose the boundary members 8 and 9 to the shape like the bow apart the distance.
