This fixed jig for sheets is equipped with a flat heat-resistant maintenance board 1, and adhesive layer 10 formed in a laminated structure all over the frontal surface of this maintenance board 1 having no more than 1,000 ppm cyclosiloxane obligomer with no more than 20 silicon atomic number. On this adhesive layer 10, an FPC substrate 20 is adhered and mounted in a way that attachment and detachment can be made freely. As the content of cyclosiloxane obligomer in the adhesive layer 10 is reduced, there is no likelihood that silicon resin may be migrated to the FPC substrate 20, and that its cyclosiloxane obligomer may be attached to the exposed edge of the FPC substrate 20 due to its volatilization by heating at a time of reflow.
