Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shear and agitation device capable of performing efficient shear and agitation in shorter time and capable of controlling optimal rotation number, because in a conventional high-speed agitation device, only an agitation piece is rotated and an agitation tank is not reversely rotated, and there is need that high speed rotation must be performed and a content on a boundary between the agitation piece and the agitation tank which rotates in reverse and normal directions has to be sheared and crushed by a larger amount, and it has to be performed in shorter time as possible, and optimal rotation and optimal shear processing have to be controlled.SOLUTION: The agitation piece and the agitation tank are rotated in normal and reverse directions each other, and an obstacle plate of the agitation tank is attached, therefore the layer of the content on a boundary of the normal and reverse directions is made thick, for increasing an amount of shear and crushing, and convection current is promoted for performing shear and crushing processing in a uniform state. In addition, by an inverter and a gear motor, optimal rotation number can be controlled for achieving efficient shear and agitation in shorter time.
