Abstract:

PURPOSE:To easily vary the flange width of a product after bending work by dividing a material in the longitudinal direction in the first process and cutting only the kick-down part and the taper part in the second process. CONSTITUTION:A member is cut in the longitudinal direction and separated into a blank 1a and a blank 1b in the form of the turned blank 1a by 180 deg. in the first process. In each blank 1a, 1b, the undersurface of the kick-down part 3 of a side member and the parallel part 2 as the center part are shaped. Then, in the second process, the part shown by the oblique lines is cut having the parallel part 2 of the blank as standard plane, and the upper surface of the kick-down part 3 and the tapered part 4 are shaped, and the side members 1a' and 1b' are formed. Then, the side members 1a' and 1b' are bending-worked in the direction of width, and a frame side member having the section in U-form is shaped.
