Abstract:
To provide a shaft support device for a turbocharger which can inhibit wear and damage of a shaft and a bush, and to provide an assembly method of the shaft support device.SOLUTION: A shaft support device for a turbocharger includes: a shaft; a cylindrical bush into which the shaft is inserted; and a pressure receiving part which is connected to one end side of the shaft and on which pressure of a fluid acts. The other end side protruding part which protrudes from an outer peripheral surface of a shaft part at the other end side of the shaft has a first shaft side inclined surface in which a distance from an axis of the shaft becomes smaller from the other end side to the one end side of the shaft. The other end side opening which is formed at the other end side of the bush and into which at least a part of the other end side protruding part is inserted has a first bush side inclined surface in which a distance from an axis of the bush becomes smaller from the other end side to one end side of the bush.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
