Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a directly driving type electro-hydraulic servo valve with high controllability and also a servo controlling system which is excellent in controllability, has high reliability and is inexpensive.
SOLUTION: This system is provided with a directly driving type electro- hydraulic servo valve 15, a subtracter 44 which calculates the difference between an input command signal to the valve and a feedback signal Vfc corresponding to valve displacement, and an integrator 12 and a primary delay compensator 13 provided between the subtracter 44 and the valve 15.
