Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a peak from appearing in a control input at the time of step response and to stabilize control even when the peculiar vibration number of control system is fluctuated by constituting a hydraulic cylinder stroke servo system by making a state feedback into minor loop.
SOLUTION: A state feedback 12 makes a controlled system provided with a servo valve, hydraulic cylinder and steering face into model, and an observer 14 is internally provided with a model expression expressing the dynamic characteristics of entire system of this control system, estimates a state amount (x) of system from a cylinder stroke xp-xc of hydraulic cylinder and servo valve spool displacement (x) and is operated through a controller C1 so as to speedily turn the state amount (x) of system into zero. Besides, a hydraulic cylinder stroke servo system 13 makes the state feedback 12 into minor loop and performs feedback control while using a controller C2 so that the hydraulic cylinder stroke xp-xc can be equal to a target signal (r).
