Title:
SERVO ACTUATOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3274219
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To miniaturize an auxiliary force generating source by way of eliminating a centering spring by furnishing a locking piston to hold the other end side of a summing lever at a specified position at the time when no auxiliary force is generated.
CONSTITUTION: A summing lever 31 inputting auxiliary force to the other end side as well as inputting operating physical force to one end side and moving in correspondence with additional force of these two forces is furnished. Additionally, a control valve 5 to control hydraulic pressure to supply to an actuator 1 in accordance with movement of this summing lever 31 and an auxiliary force generating source 30 to generate auxiliary force are furnished. Furthermore, a locking piton 32 to hold the other end side of the summing lever 31 at a specified position at the time when no auxiliary force is generated is furnished. Consequently, auxiliary force is directly made from a control amount computed by a computer and others. Accordingly, an electric/hydraulic conversion servo valve is eliminated and simplification of a system is attempted.
