Abstract:
An inner-ring-separable angular ball bearing wherein the opening edge of a pocket (15) on the inside in the radial direction forms a pair of protruding edge parts (33) which protrude toward the inside of the pocket (15) at a boundary position between a straight surface (25) and a tapered surface (26) when viewed in the radial direction, and when an inner ring (2) is separated and a ball (3) moves radially inward, the ball (3) is caught by the pair of protruding edge parts (33) and an annular part (13) on the opposite side of the counterbore part, thus preventing the ball (3) from falling out.
