Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a sealing member of an anticorrosion valve hard to cause buckling deformation even when it receives strong bearing and capable of displaying excellent sealing effect.
CONSTITUTION: A sealing member of an anticorrosion valve with a core material 7 made of ceramics like PSZ buried in the inside of a seal main body 6 consisting of fluorine contained resin of PTFE, PTFE with a filler, PFA and others. Consequently, the core material 7 made of ceramics prevents buckling deformation.
