Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal structure of a milling roller in a vertical mill efficiently blocking the intrusion of particulate matter and the like between milling rollers and a roller shaft in the vertical mill.SOLUTION: The seal structure 50 of milling rollers in a vertical mill blocks the intrusion of particulate matter between the milling rollers 16 rolling in contact with the top of a turntable and a roller shaft 16a freely rotatably supporting the milling rollers 16. The seal structure comprises: cylindrical rotary seals 60 formed on the outer peripheral surfaces of the roller covers 62 of the milling rollers 16; and cylindrical fixed seals 70 having inner peripheral surfaces facing the outer peripheral surfaces of the rotary seals 60 at prescribed intervals and being attached to the brackets 72 of the roller shaft 16a. In the rotary seals 60, threaded thread grooves 64 are formed in the opposite direction of the rotary direction of the milling rollers 16 on the outer peripheral surfaces.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
