Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the damage of a turning scroll lap without lowering the performance, and secure the reliability of a scroll compressor.
CONSTITUTION: A cut-off part of a turning scroll lap 4b of a tuning scroll member 4 is cut so as to be inclined from the upper part (point A) of the cut-off part to the lower part (point B) of the cut-off part. An angle of the cut-off end surface of the turning scroll lap 4b against a mirror plate 4a is thereby formed into an acute angle to relax the notch shape in comparison with the conventional vertical structure.
