PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably fix a member and an apparatus to a soft and brittle building material by means of a screw.
SOLUTION: An opening part 7 is formed in the thick section part 6 of a plug having the screw-in hole 3 of a screw 11 formed in an eccentric position and a protruding member 8 contained in the outside diameter of the plug 1 is formed on a part ranging from the opening part 7 to the screw hole 3. When the screw 11 is screwed in the screw-in hole 3, the protruding member 8 is pushed out to the outside by the screw 11 and the protruding member 8 protruding to the outside of the plug 1 prevents co-rotation of the plug 1.
