Abstract:
To provide a safety valve which prevents a setting pressure at which the safety valve is operated from fluctuating even if the safety valve is exposed to a high temperature steam atmosphere for a long time, and to provide a valve seat and a valve body used in the safety valve.SOLUTION: The above object is achieved by a nozzle or a disc that is characterized in that a seal surface of the nozzle or the disc in a safety valve is formed of a material which prevents iron oxide from growing in an oxidative atmosphere. Alternatively, the above object is achieved by a device which is a control valve, a pressure reduction valve, or another device used under steam or another oxidative atmosphere and which is characterized in that a valve seat part, a guide part, and other portions which are functionally deteriorated by growth of an oxide film are formed of a material that prevents iron oxide from growing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
