Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety hook in which a glove or a finger is less likely to be caught between a distal section of a hook part and a distal section of a closing body.SOLUTION: A safety hook 1-1 comprises a hook part 10, a closing body 20 swingably supported by the hook part 10, and a first urging member 30 which urges the closing body 20 from an open position to a closed position. The closing body 20 is provided with a closing body base part 21, a first arm part 22 which is able to open and close a mouth of the hook part 10, and a second arm part 24 extending in a direction different from that of the first arm part 22. The second arm part 24 comprises a closing body manipulation part 26. By manipulating the closing body manipulation part 26, the closing body 20 is moved from the closed position to the open position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
