Abstract:
To transmit torque between a housing and a rotor even if a rotational speed difference between them is zero.
A housing 2 is composed of a cylindrical body part 2A having a bottom part at one end, and the other end is opened, and a bottom wall part 2B set up this other end opening part. This bottom wall part 2B is connected shiftably in direction of a rotational axis L and unrotatably to the body part 2A. The bottom wall part 2B is pressed to a large diametral part 3A of a rotor 3 by a belleville spring 42, while this large diametral part 3A is pressed to the bottom part.
