To easily miniaturize a device and improve accuracy in comparison with a conventional one.SOLUTION: A rotation transmission device includes: a cylindrical partition wall cylindrically projected from one of sectioned spaces to the other space; a columnar shaft body rotatable in a state of being housed inside of the cylindrical partition wall; and a cylindrical shaft body rotatable in a state of housing the cylindrical partition wall inside thereof. The columnar shaft body has a column body surrounding a rotating shaft in a plane view intersecting the rotating shaft, and a plurality of internal magnetic poles radially projected from an outer peripheral surface of the column body and close to an inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical partition wall. The cylindrical shaft body has a cylinder body surrounding and housing the cylindrical partition body, and a plurality of external magnetic poles as magnetic poles projecting from the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder body and close to the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical partition wall. One of the columnar shaft body and the cylindrical shaft body is integrated with a structure divided into two in an extending direction of the rotating shaft in a state of holding one or more magnetic bodies surrounding the rotating shaft and successively magnetized to the S-pole and N-pole in the extending direction of the rotating shaft.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
