Abstract:
To provide a rotating-element assembly that allows a user with no skilled skills to replace a rotating element without using an exclusive tool, and an image forming device incorporated with the same.
The rotating-element assembly includes a wall having each edge forming a first notch having a prescribed depth, a support element freely attachably/detachably mounted to the first notch, a shaft supported by the support element, and a rotating element supported by the shaft. The support element includes each deforming part that is elastically deformable between a first position along each edge and a second position separating from each edge.
