A length L1 in the circumferential direction Z of the first back yoke section 24, a length L2 in the circumferential direction Z of the teeth 26, a length L4 from a center line Q in the circumferential direction Z of the teeth 26 in the circumferential direction Z of the first back yoke section 24 to the second back yoke section 24, and a length T3 of the teeth 26 in the radial direction X are formed with L1≥L2×2 and L4>T3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
