Abstract:
PURPOSE: To simplify a structure, improve measuring accuracy, and prevent deterioration of transferring liquid and breakage of contained solid.
CONSTITUTION: A rotary type filling valve is constituted by a casing for composing a valve chamber 2, a rotor for composing a cylinder chamber 4 and which is arranged in the casing 3 so as to rotate along a cylinder inner circumference, and a shuttle type piston 8 which is freely in the motion of reciprocating in the cylinder chamber 4. Transferring liquid (such as potato salad) S is fed by a pump P (a), the piston 8 is pushed down by pressure from the pump P, the transferring liquid S is fed into the cylinder chamber 4 (b), the rotor 5 is rotated by 180°, the transferring liquid S is fed to the pump P again (c), the piston 8 is pushed down, and at this time, the transferring liquid S which is fed into the cylinder chamber 4 is fed (d).
