To provide a right and left interlocking operation device capable of being hard to generate a play between right and left grips in an operation.
Right and left grips 3a and 3b are connected through universal joints 4 and four wire cables 2a to 2d. The right and left grips 3a and 3b are interlocked by transmitting an operation of one of them to the other of them through the wire cables 2a to 2d. An output shaft of the universal joint 4 and a movable piece 12 connected to the wire cables 2a and 2b are connected by a magnetic clutch 11 composed of a pair of magnets 33 and 34. And, when the grips 3a and 3b are operated with overload, the left grip 3b is rotated without load by the clutch 11 so as to release the overload from the grips 3a and 3b.
