Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brewery rice milling machine, easy in replacing a grain polishing roll, and capable of executing replacement work of the grain polishing roll even by one operator, in the present invention.SOLUTION: The present invention comprises a grain polishing roll having a super-abrasive grain layer on a base metal surface, a vertical shaft for integrally rotatably installing the grain polishing roll, and a grain polishing cylinder for storing the grain polishing roll and the vertical shaft and forming a grain polishing chamber between the grain polishing roll and itself, and the grain polishing roll is vertically divisibly formed into a plurality of rolls, and while journaling a lower stage roll positioned in the lowest stage to the vertical shaft, the other roll is successively laminated-placed on the lower stage roll, and via a presser member which is placed on an upper stage roll positioned in the uppermost stage and is installed on the tip of the vertical shaft, the other roll is pressed to the lower stage roll, and the plurality of rolls are rotatably integrated together with the vertical shaft.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
