Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a speed change gear of simple structure enabling the operation of normal/reverse rotation and neutral operation.
CONSTITUTION: Two coil springs 3, 4 are fitted to an output shaft 1. Protruding parts 3a, 3b, 4a, 4b are formed at both end parts of the coil springs. The protruding parts are engaged with pipe shafts 5a, 6a through speed change sliders 5c, 6c. The pipe shafts 5a, 6a are rotated in the reciprocated state through levers 5b, 6b and circular cams 9a, 9b. The reciprocating rotation is selectively engaged with four protruding parts 3a, 3b, 4a, 4b through the speed change sliders 5c, 6c, and the coil springs 3, 4 rotate the output shaft normally and reversely or cut off transmission.
