Abstract:
To solve the problem that it tends to be difficult to read a book using a magnifier lens (Fresnel lens) because the distance from the book cannot be kept steady due to shaking of a hand and the like and results in characters moving about and changing their sizes, by providing a magnifier lens with an assistive guide which allows for maintaining a steady distance from a book, eliminates the trouble of having to set the lens up so that it can be used as soon as it is pulled out, and can be flattened when not used and can be used as a bookmark.SOLUTION: A magnifier lens with an assistive guide is characterized in that a guide attached to the magnifier lens (Fresnel lens) allows for keeping a steady distance between a book and the magnifier lens (Fresnel lens), and can be easily flattened when not used.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
