Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactor capable of realizing a reaction with a high accuracy even without using a power mechanism such as blades required for stirring.
SOLUTION: This reactor comprises an upper reactional cylinder 2 formed of metallic porous material chambers 2A to 2C composed of a hot isostatically pressed sintered compact as a main element in concentrically arranged metallic cylinders 7. The upper reactional cylinder 2 is equipped with a pressing in pipes 8P to 10P and longer flow passages of the respective chambers 2A to 2C are set in those located on the outer side in the radial direction. The end faces of the respective chambers 2A to 2C are formed in an inwardly directed spherical shape. Thereby, a fluid jetted from the end faces is made to be brought into close contact with other fluids while forming a vortical stream. Flow passages for cooling are formed in the outer peripheral part and the outlet side of the upper reactional cylinder 2 to slowly cool the heat of reaction.
