Abstract:
To provide a flat table-system raw material processing device that can mechanically grasp a rolling state of a following roller with high accuracy, without being accompanied by enlargement of the device and significant design change.SOLUTION: A raw material processing device comprises a processing table 10, a following roller 20 that follows/rotates by friction thereof with the processing table 10, with a rotational axis Las a center, and a rotary main shaft 30 that revolves the following roller 20 with a revolving shaft Las a center, and processes raw materials between an upper surface of the processing table 10 and an outer peripheral surface of the following roller 20, which is provided with: a fluid supply flow path 51 through which fluid is supplied to a bearing part 43 around the rotational axis L; a fluid press-feeding pump 52; flow path cut-off means 60 that intermittently cuts off the fluid supply flow path 51 accompanying following and rotating of the following roller 20; pressure detecting means 61; and following roller rotation-state determining means 62 that determines a rotation state of the following roller 20 on the basis of variation in pressure P of the fluid supply flow path detected by the pressure detecting means 61.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
