Abstract:
PURPOSE: To retreat a liquid level in an injection to the internal depth of the nozzle and to prevent liquid running by sucking a part of a liquid matter residing in the nozzle by returning motion of a piston after completion of filling.
CONSTITUTION: A liquid matter supply passage 2 is connected to one side of a cylinder 1 storing a piston 4 free to reciprocally move through a check valve 3. A filling nozzle 5 is communicated through to a discharge opening 6 of this cylinder 1, and a switch valve constantly energized in the valve closing direction is arranged on the exit side of the discharge opening 6. Additionally a projection 10 to hold the switch valve in the valve opening state for a specified period of time at the initial stage of returning motion of the piston 4 is provided on the head end of this piston 4.
